I never sent in my pedals. It looks like the pedal body was coming loose from the axle. I checked mine and one side was not as tight as it should be. The fix seems to be to put loctite on the threads and crank them back down. I am planning on doing this. Has anyone else had any other experiences? Advice?

When did this occur? A specific model or all of them? I bought a pair at Tom D’s store on the 13th of November, on their recommendation. I’m a little alarmed to hear this…:-~

Thanks for the link. I checked the pedals and they have the gold marking. I would have been surprised if Tom’s shop let something go like that, based on what I’ve heard here. I’m all good. too bad I can’t give you any info you were looking for though…
