I was looking for something that discussed the time savings one might expect from race wheels (mine are Hed 3’s) over standard training wheels in various conditions. I’ve got an IM coming up that is likely to be very windy, and I’m wondering what I would sacrafice if I leave the race wheels at home. Thanks
