I heard a clip of this on the radio this morning. For once I’m glad I no longer in CO. I would hate to hear that as much as we had to hear “Don’t Stop Believing” when the Giants were on their way to winning the World Series.

That song, and the movie, sucked back in the 80s and it sucks today, and I’m generally an admirer of Tebow. What sucked back then usually still sucks today, and just because it’s old doesn’t make it a classic, right? (I stole that riff from a Bruce Willis action hero movie, btw.)

I’ll put you down for one “hate” vote. 
During the 80’s, I liked a lot of stuff that makes me cringe today. But the original song was OK (and #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart for two weeks) if not a classic. The movie was pretty average, but I thought Demi Moore was cute then.
The whole “Tim Tebow thing” is fun to follow. (At least it’s better than following the Real Housewives of XYZ.)
