It is unlike a standard pace chart (ie if you want to run 6’s is says 6, 12, 18, etc…) in that it takes the elevation profile of that particular course into account.

ok, but what are you going to do? Sit there and try and talk to him while you are running? Stare at his ass? What is the attraction to having him there while you are trying to run a marathon? Personally, while I am running a marathon, I would be trying to concentrate on having a good race and not on who is around me. But then again, I am a bit of anti-social

I’m sure some people will be! My wife ran the '94 Marine Corps Marathon with Oprah, and I’m sure she would rather be looking at DeBoom’s ass than Oprah’s! Myself, I would rather try to run with DeBoom; Nicole, that is.

But if i even get a sniff of luck to run with T Deboom, I’m telling my gf to get her ass and a nice digital camera ready at at least 5 spots along the marathon so I can get a picture with this guy
