Thumbs up for Zensah customer service

I placed an order and received running socks instead of cycling socks. Called them today and the rep said that the cycling socks are on the way. Five minutes later I received an email confirming that the cycling socks are being sent today.

The Zensah base layer is the best there is in my opinion and the cycling socks are a favorite of mine as well.

I had an order a while back which they screwed up. When I emailed them to let me know all I got back was a “we’ll refund the difference” - I suppose I was expecting something along the lines of “yeah, we’re really sorry that we screwed your order up…”.
