The kid follows him, you see him saying something to the girl - the look on her face of shock and disgust says it all - and the kid gets his attention, perhaps to tell him to STFU and stop being disrespectful and then punches him in the head.
Would you not intervene if you thought someone was terrorizing fellow passengers? What if it was your wife? Daughter? I don’t support vigilante-ism, but some people just need to be punched in the head, seriously…

Seriously? I agree that some people need to be punched in the head but I don’t think this old man would make that list. He doesn’t appear threatening to me and he’s walking away from someone who looks to be playing to his friends and a video camera. I can’t tell what the old man is saying to anyone but he hardly appears to be a threat to anyone.
