Thoughts on mixing Tubular and Clincher Wheelsets

I currently own a set of Hed 3C which are tubular. I have read a lot of stuff here on this forum regarding the superior as in better rolling resistance of clinchers. Is it stupid to buy a clincher disc wheel such as a Renn 575 or should I just buy a tubular version to “match” the front.

Also where can I get stickers made for these wheels?

maybe i am missing something but the biggest issue with that would be carrying a spare for each.

I have Hed H3Carbons as well.

Why would you want/need a disc as well ?

I may be wrong, but is a disc going to be that much faster over 180km’s ( excluding Hawaii ) than the H3C rear wheel ?

Bless you for supporting the cycling industry. If you have a pair of H3C’s The number of courses where the disc will make you faster are few & far between. As much as I would like you to buy another wheel (Disc), stick with the H3C rear.

If you want to go ahead & get a disc, go tubular.
