Long, long day, no use making predictions. But it’s not over until a long time from now, a lot can happen… good or bad…
50km/week is doable if you have elite potential and really want to improve. But it’s not one week or two, you need consistent work with good technique. And you can’t do it along, you need a lot of support from both coaches and teamates.

Predictions for bike and run?
I predict the bike will be long, boring and difficult and the run will be initially uncomfortable then become downright painful.
