Well, there’s a chance he’s kinda right. American jail, especially immigration jail, isn’t a good place for rehabilitation. Treat people like animals, they turn into animals, that kinda thing.

The problem is that as head of ICE he’ll be too busy to personally look these children (“so called”) in the eye.
