Can you imagine being a parent of this poor kid? Is there really anything much worse than wondering if your little guy is okay? I’m probably going to go up and participate in the search this evening and tomorrow…hopefully we’ll have a good result.
The same thing happened last year in the same area with a 12 yr old boy,I hope its just an accident and i hope they find him. I spent alot of summers in that area and went exploring with my older brother for hours at that same age.
I just heard they found him! Dont have details though.
In 11 years as a Scoutmaster, I never lost one. We did “temporarily misplace” a couple for a little while, though.
Talk about a sick feeling.
