Not sure if anyone reads these but I thought this one was really out there. A bit of makes sense but I would think this could do far more harm than good. Yes you can teach your body to do a little more with less but who knows what your body is burning in order to keep going. I would think the potential for your body to start to metabolise muscle and proteins for fuel would be too great.
Good to see someone thinking outside the box though but I think this might be too far?
