Thin pads for aero bar

I am looking for very thin pads for my bontrager pad holders. Any suggestions?

Got the Fizik pads but I am looking for even thinner pads. I´ve seen some at races but don´t know which brand it is :-/

One option to try would be to cut up an old mouse pad.
