I’d like to get a pair of compression socks for long runs/recovery, however I would like to purchase a compression sock that is as thin as possible. What manufactures make really thin/light weight compression socks?
Note, I’m looking for socks, not calf sleeves.

after breaking my tibia and fibula almost 7 years ago now my doctor told me I should wear the “old man socks” you can buy for about $15 at the drugstore or drugstore section of your local supermarket. I wear them in the winter with jeans but can’t bring myself to wear them with shorts. However, they are thin and lightweight and they do aid in lower leg circulation. Whether the $60 compression socks are better I have no idea. If they have “graduated compression” they might be better.
