I know someone’s got to know. What is that Web site that has little cartoon animations of all sorts of exercises. I remember some posted here for ab training, and I need the site address.

Thanks. That’s really nice. The one I was thinking about had little cartoons(animated gifs). I’d still like to find it.

it is www.fitnessgenerator.com but it isnt a free site, it is for coaches and trainers to do online training.
