Worth freezing my arse off at the top of Hogpen, with 25 MPH winds, in the 30s temperature and we saw snow flurries:

Lance, Levi, Danielson, Landis and Jullich, passing by within a foot of me. They were flying. I usually climb Hogpen from the other direction, which is a bit steeper, and am usually moving 3-7 MPH (yes, sometimes 3). These guys were in double digits. Unreal.
This race is amazing, by the way. The course is perfect. I ride the gaps a few times per year, and everytime I return I marvel at the quality of the riding, the friendliness of the locals and the seasonal changes that make every ride seem new again.
