After reading in some cases hundreds of posts from some of the regulars you develop a picture in your mind of what you expect certain people look like. For me the largest surprise was Tibbs, I didn’t expect him to look so harmless. A close second was Bunnyman, he just doesn’t look like a guy who spends hours fabricating carbon fiber in his basement.

It’s funny how people do look when we finally see them either in person for the first time, or for real if they are some TV or radio personality. I work in sales and up-front a great deal of work is done on the phone, so I am often surprised when I walk into someone’s office and meet them for the first time. Often their is a bit of a disconnect from what the person sounds like over the phone and the impressions that I have of them after a few phone conversations.
TV is often a very big distorter of how peolpe look. I saw in person for the first time a locaol sports broadcaster, who I would have guessed from what I had seen on TV was much bigger and more athletic than I what I saw in person on the weekend at a local sports event. In reality he’s is about 5’6" overweight and pudgy!
The problem is,
We still have no idea what half of the “ladies” of SlowTwitch look like. I’d guess most of them are really nerdy computer guys who like to wear lacy panties.

I was expecting somethng like that from Tibbs, he’s got that vilain look going on, especially holding the kitten, he looks like somebody trying to kill James Bond

This picture raises so many interesting questions.
Who or what is the chainlink meant to keep in, or out?
Is that cub still alive?
Is it possible that the Tibblett believes he is invisible behind those leaves while wearing that shirt?
Is the string around his wrist meant as a reminder to shut the gate behind him so that the cub’s mother doesn’t - OH GOD!

Bunnyman with the jheri-curls, blue-tinted girly-man glasses and red lips?! That’s not him… that was a joke!
I expected I’d look much different than I sound like. It is a disappointment every morning when I look in the mirror.

Actually, isn’t Bunnyman a hair stylist? If so, that picture is spot on.
Isn’t that Dr. Evil from Austin Powers? Just bigger, and with a bigger cat?
If this is Tibbs, I can say with much irony, that Tibbs and Gerard V. look very similar - they could be an entry in one of those seperated-at-birth comparisons!
Before I got your response I asked my wife who Tim McGraw was and do I look like him. Unfortunately for me she is still laughing.
