The Perfect Season (1)

Does it get any better than what the NY Giants just wrapped up?

Started off with two losses, an unproven quarterback, a fractured locker room and a coach trying to keep his job; and wraps up with a string of wins, a wildcard playoff berth, three road wins in the playoffs including two against Big D and the Pack in sub-zero conditions, then a come-from-behind two minute drill victory to beat the greatest team in NFL history, led by arguably the best QB in the history of the NFL.

I can’t imagine a more perfect season. That’s what sport is all about.

The only bad thing about the Ginats winning is that the new york media (and the rest of the country by default) has to write/talk about something that actually happened on the field, instead of all the off the field stuff they like to talk about. I mean there might be a bigger story than whether ARod and Jetere are BFF are whether your friends with Tiki or Eli, but not both. grin
