If you can survive the plan, you will be crazy fit or crazy injured or burned out. No matter what volume you pick, way too hard.

Have you used it recently? I find the AI feature a huge improvement.

I used to struggle through their plans before. I’d only get through them if everything (sleep, diet, etc.) were perfect.

Now, with AI adjusting difficulty, I finish my workouts with less trouble and find myself much stronger at the end of a plan. Not sure about oly, but this has been my experience with 70.3 and 140.6.

The improvement is significant enough that I now just click “accept adaptations” without first looking at what it’s suggesting. Just need to be honest with the difficulty survey at the end of each ride.
