i have a Veloflex Carbon. It uses a latex inner tube. I’m not the most discerning of tub users i have to admit, but they seem to roll better than my Conti Competitions. I run a low rolling resistance tub like the veloflex carbon in the rear, and a conti competition 19mm in the front. I want more puncture resistance and better aerodynamics in front because puncturing in the front is more dangerous/risky while rolling resistance matters more in the rear.
I think i recently read that tufo sealant will work with latex tubes after all, but i’m reluctant to try it. I’d recommend something like Stan’s or Vittoria Pitstop for latex tubes.
