Seems way overhyped to me. I don’t think “plant-based” is some miracle.
Removing processed garbage from your diet would obviously benefit most people. If it is plant-based vs. eating at McDonalds, I think there is a pretty clear winner. Seems to cherry pick facts though and rely heavily on testimonials. Not enough evidence to get me to think meat is evil and should be removed entirely.
what this guy said. end of thread. (or is it?..)
Wow, well you seem to thrusting quite a bit hate and judgement out there based on your personal opinion. I simply listed a small percentage of athletes who eat only plant based diets. ……

Btw Tom Brady is vegan. Labels are horrible = he practices eating a plant based diet and sells two vegan protein powders under his namesake. Sometimes he eats a small amount of lean meats during the winter off season but won’t during his athletic performing months. Rob Gronkowski also eats 80% of a plant based diet. I am just stating what these athletes eat to perform and they are on the top of their pro athletic field. If you want to go off arguing about what that all means go ahead… I won’t be following.

Tom and Rob are not plant based as the vegan zealots intend

not even people who eat animal based foods are up to 100% pure animal sourced… most indeed do eat 80% plant source. Annoying when the vegans skew data to fit their bias. What is a turkey subway sandwich… 240g total weight for a 6" is about 50g actual meat the rest “plant” sourced ~ 80%
