THE CANADIAN - DON’T WASH YOUR SHIRT AT ALL- REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES
Hi Everyone!
Please do not wash the souvenir shirt, if you haven’t already – because the design will wash off the shirt
We have finalized souvenir shirt replacement procedures, for these “unwashable” Canadian souvenir shirts – the ones that have screened designs that come off in the wash.
The wash off problem occurs on all event shirts, and volunteer shirts. If you know of a volunteer who received a shirt, please let them know they can follow the procedures outlined below to get a good shirt.
Here is what you do:
Unwashed Shirts
Mail your unwashed shirt to Happy Town T-Shirt Co. in a Canada Post 9” x 12” envelope (it will fit) at a cost of 1.86 in Canada.
Include, in the envelope, a sheet of paper with your name and mailing address on it.
Happy Town will repair the shirt logo and return it by mail the same day, including $5 cash for your shipping costs.
Already Washed Shirts
Mail your washed shirt to Happy Town T-Shirt Co. in a Canada Post 9” x 12” envelope at a cost of $1.86 in Canada.
Include, in the envelope, a sheet of paper with your name and mailing address on it.
Happy Town will replace the shirt and mail a new one back to you by September 30, including $5 for your shipping costs.
Offer Deadline – September 22, 2007
Because we want to resolve this issue quickly and provide a good shirt to you in a reasonable timeframe, you must mail your current shirt to Happy Town T-Shirt Co., by Monday September 18 (must be received by Friday September 22).
Unfortunately, Canadian Shirts will not be repaired or replace after that date. Send your shirt to:
