The Campy vs. Shimano article

The much anticipated Campy vs. Shimano article? Well, let me say this: We have shelved it for now for the following reasons:

  1. Our goal is to publish something authoritative- and our current testing, simple as it is, hasn;t revealed much that is earthshattering- but that is also becasue it is not done.

  2. Time constraints dictate I have had to focus on smaller projects put up more frequently to keep content on our website “fresh”.

  3. I’ve been travelling a lot.

  4. Every time we find out one thing it causes us to have to investigate something else. It is like Watergate.

  5. People are bugging me about it and it’s bugging me.

  6. We’re simply not finished gathering all the technical info, talking to the people we need to talk to, and sorting the B.S. from the fact- if such a thing is even possible. Also, although we have three riders with about 1,000 miles on new DA 10 speed- we only have 2 riders on new Campagnolo 10 speed with only about 500 miles. Hardly a fair comparison.

So, sorry to disappoint you guys- but it is going to be a while… Hopefully, it will be worth the wait to get it worth reading.

At least we know people will read it when its done.
