2 scoops Muscle Milk Light Vanilla Creme Flavor protein powder
1 6oz tub of Lite Yogurt, any flavor (sub 100 cals)
6-8 Frozen Blueberries

The whole thing is around 300 cals, 20+g protein and <20g carbs depending on the yogurt you use.
Post workout you want carbs to protein in roughly a 4:1 ratio, so your higher-protein/lower carb is far from the BEST post workout shake you could get.

couple of ice cubes
handful of blueberries ( or blackberries, or strawberries, or … )

1 big spoonful of peanutbutter (trader joes crunchy, w/ flax seed)

x2. Double the calories and it might be a decent MRP, but your best bet for a recovery drink post workout is plain old chocolate milk.
I just drink chocolate milk. As easy as it gets. Am I shortchanging myself for this easy approach?
Nope, nothing wrong with good old choc milk. Sometimes after a workout I will do Slimfast instead, but like TC said above to the original poster, you want 4:1 carbs:protein so their shake is not really ideal.
