i have been dabbling with triathlon and duathlon for a while but i have decided to turn my attention to cycling.
i am looking to get the best coach around for the 4km pursuit on the track. the aim is olympic qualification in 2012.
anyone know who i should talk to?
Heiko Salzwedelhas a pretty good track record… possibly a bit more team pursuit, but certainly knows his stuff…

am based in ireland but dont think there are any track specific coaches here

I’m sure you could find a track forum. Also you should look for a personnal trainer and a massage therapist.

Do you use a power meter?
Simon Jones worked with Bradley Wiggins for a long while…and he’s also worked with David O’Laughlin, though I believe he’s currently based out of Perth, Australia. Great guy and very smart coach from the British system. Good luck - but not too much
