I posted it mostly for the story behind the global warming origin. I did not know the story behind this and am sure there are at least 3 or 4 others here that have not.

Well I guess that settles it…I never would of guessed a 70 year old local weatherman would crack the global warming scam, and without a single citation no less. Color me impressed.

Wow, who would have guessed. Starting on the Ad Hominem attacks. Don’t talk about any points, just attack the people.
What points? There are no citations, no way to determine if what he said is true or false. He sat down and wrote his own personal narrative on what he thought propagated the “global warming scam.” Not to mention it reads like a third grade book report.
It’s sad that someone with a seeming position of authority is allowed to write stuff like this; people complain about biased media all the time, this is about as bad as it gets.

If I remember correctly, what little posting that Ive done here, I do not believe I have ever posted one way or another on global warming. By the way, I did not name the thread, it is the name at the top of the piece in case you missed that part. How do you know where I stand or why does this matter to you enough to drag out the insults?
So, me not knowing the origin of this topic, please tell me exactly how it really happened so I can be more informed.
He should have had someone edit that piece. GW is “a high jacking of public policy”.
He may be right (I don’t have a strong opinion), but very poorly written.
I’m still figuring how to scan or diagram this sentence: “How did we ever get to this point where bad science is driving big government we have to struggle so to stop it?”
I think I might actually tend to agree with the statement, but I’m not sure because I can’t quite figure out what it is saying.
