Only 2 weeks to go until my next try to delivery a bad result at an Ironman, so I thought I could do some stupid things and change a few things on my bike. 2 friends of mine wanted to see a picture with me on my bike so they can see how great I look. But after all my friends are on easter vacation right now, I had to take the picture by myself and with my bike trainer back in Germany I leaned my bike against a chair, rushed over to my camera, switched to the autotimer and rushed back to my bike, jumped on it and then lost my balance and had a very nice landing on the floor. My head almost smashed my zipp disc - missed it for just a bit less than an inch. My knee hurts like hell, but at least no blood, which could have ruined my nice carpet.
But after I got on my feet again I checked my camera to see if my effort wasn’t for nothing. And I got a nice picture, so please criticize my position ![]()

Ok, I don’t want to be unfair - a picture with me on my bike actually exists (and I wear that stuff so that nobody sees how fat I am):

P.S.: next week I will probably lower the spacers from 25mm to 12,5mm or something like that. My back will start hurting after 2miles, but at least the bike will look way cooler.
