That place makes about every carbon thing for about everyone…Trek…made in USA…not our wheels though…Made in Italy (or China)…Branded in France? Remember Specializeds old “Designed in California”…I read that as “made someplace over seas”

A tour of that factory would be fun, could walk out with a Kuota and a Fondriest frame, some Bontrager or Reynolds wheel set, FSA cranks, Deda bars, Ritchey seatpost, probably a carbon seat, and of course some Oakleys. Probably all for the price of a single Kuota retail state side.

Unbelievable, things that make you go hmmm? And we ask if carbonfiber made off shore is “good enough”? Looks like a carbon fibeer alternate universe. Indy cars to carbon bars.

is that place for real, they list Zipp wheels, the HED 3s, Reynolds… And then under “other” they have Oakley carbon look sunglasses. Seriously the platic carbon look M-frames or the carbon black colored wires are not carbon fiber. What’s the deal with this company?

I think I might have this beat, although I don’t have a photo. Yesterday I was on the phone with one of my friends over at J&B Imports. He told me they now have a carbon fiber indoor trainer that will retail for over $800. It’s just a trainer- no computer stuff, power measurement- just a carbon fiber framed indoor trainer.

I was like, “Ahhh…WTF?”

First off Tom, GO TO SLEEP, or WAKE UP LATER, 2nd you might notice that the crazy carbon manufacturer this thread is about lists a carbon bicycle trainer as one of it’s products… Just think, a monocoque, well actually with the pivots maybe lugged would be better carbon fiber frame, titanium flywheel and resistance unit with all moving parts spinning on ceramic bearings, oh and lets add some Oakley unobtanium little rubber feet thingies on for good measure:) Now THAT’s a trainer

That’s funny. I never sleep. Only work and training.

I am working on getting new achille tendons in carbon for myself…still have trouble making them flexible, but they seem very solid though

i may just buy stuff from this place. provided it’s safe
