We took yours to Baltimore and bagged a win with it ![]()
Nice set up and cool Lambert jersey. I always liked him.
Nice! Really glad it went to a fan rather than the trash!
Not as bad as I expected.

Did 2 stages of the Tour de Zwift. Finished the 35km medium stage, got a 2 minute rest then started the short 24km stage. Started with a 30 min warm up. Legs are toast. ![]()
1/12 - 200 core reps
10 day total = 2,366 reps
Nice work on the core. I saw your post and doubled my reps today, thanks for the motivation.
Pushups: 820 (chest/tri day in the gym)
Body weight squats: 700 (rest)
Abs/core reps: 1,200
1/12 - day 11
I just realized that you are posting your totals each day and not the amount you completed that workout. Still very impressive but I was under the impression that you were doing 100’s of body weight squats and push-ups each day. I feel kind of stupid yet relieved at the same time ![]()
I started slowly and built to 100 push ups per day in 2024. My wrist started to hurt in mid june and I couldn’t do a single push up by the end of the month without excruciating pain. So my advice is to wear some sort of support brace and don’t lock your wrists.
On the average day I’m doing 100 reps of those 3 exercises. On days that I do strength training with weights I typically do 100 reps so I log it as 100.
My numbers are cumulative.
Got it. I will post my daily number and update the cumulative every 5-10 days.
I dealt with wrist pain from excessive push ups as well. I found doing them while gripping a 15lbs dumbbell on the floor alleviated it as your wrist is no longer bent at all. It’s sort of like a knuckle push up but spares your knuckles. It’s a very comfortable variant.

1/13 - day 12
Rest day for me today.
Pushups: 920
Body weight squats: 900
Abs/core reps: 1,600
1/14 - day 13
Unplanned rest day yesterday.
1/14 - 200 reps of core. I felt great today during my strength session.
Same. Did a 45m intense weight training session before my 400 reps, then 20m tabata ride, 45m sauna. Empty house, made the most of it.
