Looks intense! You’re doing a relay? So which parts are you doing?
Not a relay, doubles.
We’re running together, then splitting the cross training intervals 50/50. My wife is a beast and has far more running endurance than I do presently so I’ll definitely be the weakest link. I can make up ground for us on most of the exercises that require strength but then it saps you for the run, so I think we’re going with me doing the first half of all exercises hard and using her second half efforts for me to recover for the runs.
There’s no winning formula when you’re grossly unconditioned for running in an event that’s fundamentally a run-based fitness test.
No prizes for show muscle.
