THe 2011 Interbike thread

So Interbike started today with the first day of Outdoor Demo in Boulder City, Nevada. Usually the first day is a bit more quiet and tomorrow promises to be quite busy.

Here are our first pictures from Outdoor Demo.

Let us know what else you would like to see.

I love those RP Wingspans…any sign of the new Cervelo PX?

EDIT Oh, and all the new Felt DA’s, please  /EDIT

Cervelo wasn’t in Vegas for 70.3 Worlds and also does not have a presence at Interbike.

I’ll be the first jerk . . .
is Orbea there and are they showing a new TT bike?

And Cannondale? Is there new Slice 2012 ready?

No Cervelo booth at Outdoor Demo either

Check the hotel parking lots out near Redrock, i think that is where they were last year. That may have been their swansong for the show though, they always seem to be ahead of the competition, in R&D and when to jump ship on a dying show…

I will be there Wed/Thurs I will try to post lots of updates for you guys.

Craig from EE Cycles is going to be there but I don’t think he has a booth. I was able to play around with his new EE Crank this AM & its REALLY nice: 635 grams (incl BB/bearings) and the chainrings look really, really nice (unlike Cannondale’s SI which need to be swapped out right away b/c they are so flimsy). Setup is similar to the Look cranks, where you can run either standard or compact rings. Word is that they are by far the stiffest setup available. Machining is unbelievably good on them.

Really interested in Castelli’s new tri suit.

Zipp showing off any new FC wheels?

How’s the Argon E-118 looking?

All the video/pics I have seen it looks great, people always say they earlier models have been heavy…any word on the new frame weight?

I know as much about that images as you do. That bunch just happened to ride by when I stood there.

As for Castelli, checked out the suit at Eurobike but the pic did not do it justice. So will try again here.

+1 on the Bianchi lineup.

We’ll look and see what Bianchi has got.

Meanwhile here are pictures from day 2 of Outdoor Demo
