So Interbike started today with the first day of Outdoor Demo in Boulder City, Nevada. Usually the first day is a bit more quiet and tomorrow promises to be quite busy.
Cervelo wasn’t in Vegas for 70.3 Worlds and also does not have a presence at Interbike.
Not even at the outdoor demo this year?
Check the hotel parking lots out near Redrock, i think that is where they were last year. That may have been their swansong for the show though, they always seem to be ahead of the competition, in R&D and when to jump ship on a dying show…
Craig from EE Cycles is going to be there but I don’t think he has a booth. I was able to play around with his new EE Crank this AM & its REALLY nice: 635 grams (incl BB/bearings) and the chainrings look really, really nice (unlike Cannondale’s SI which need to be swapped out right away b/c they are so flimsy). Setup is similar to the Look cranks, where you can run either standard or compact rings. Word is that they are by far the stiffest setup available. Machining is unbelievably good on them.
