Finally got back to the pool since returning from Kona and had my first opportunity to test the blueseventy Core shorts that I was fortunate enough to win at the Slowtwitch gathering last month, I was pretty excited to win these, especially since they caught my eye at the expo the previous day. Once you get the hang of it, slipping them on and off becomes quick and simple, I like the low cut waist but did find that snugging up the draw string reduced incoming water when pushing off the wall. They allow a very similar feel and body position as swimming in high salinity open water as well as better roll and the option to kick as opposed to pull buoys.
Thanks blueseventy for the great prize, they’ll get a lot of use as does my blueseventy reaction wetsuit!
