Thank you to the Zipp boys....PERFECT customer service

After IM Moo, I noticed that there was a slight - shall I call it an “imperfection” on my front 909 (404 wheel). This was not a crack or break…just looked funny to me. I sent them the wheel on Tuesday of last week. On Friday they called and let me know that they had shipped me a brand new wheel. No charge, no questions, no problem…that ROCKS!!! I have always been 110% happy with the way that Zipp has supported the Tri and Cycling worlds, just as happy with their products. I have met the people from Zipp at many races and all are nice people that are cool to hang out with.

Now, given a customer service issue…they are total advocates of the consumer…I do not think that I have ever found better service anywhere (though I think Softride is an equal to customer service with Zipp)…

Wanted to give out some credit to the folks in Speedway, they deserve it.

Got my brand new 2004 Zipp 909 today UPS…perfect. 6 days after I shipped them my wheel.
