Yesterday i did my first Erg Video workout which was fantastic. I rode the Lake Placid ride for 2:40 and was engaged the entire time, not even thinking that I was indoors. I was more concentrated trying to hold my power and feeling the burn in my legs.
Prior to starting the workout I had some technical problems, that Paul patiently helped me solve. Great guy, great product! This is the product I’ve been waiting for over 20 years. Will definitely purchase more vids next week.
