Thank you HED!

I’d like to give a public thanks to HED cycling

I had a problem with my Jet C2 90 Rear. The fairing seemed to be come unbonded about 2-3 cm on both sides of the fairing and this caused some protruding of the fairing slightly enough that it would rub my Aegis Zaero chainstays when it spun. This also caused the fairing to have less than 2 mm clearance on both sides of the chainstay. I contacted HED about this and they sent me an RA number and off my wheel went to the factory.

They got the wheel and gave me a call whether I wanted the old stickers or new ones. I chose the new ones!

I recieved the wheel back today, and you can’t wipe my smile off my face! it seems like they took the old fairing off and bonded on a narrow one that fits much better!

Thanks for having an amazing customer service and making wonderful products HED!

This is what the wheel looked before. I’m building up this bike very slowly.

Sweet wheel but your cranks suck.

You might be better off spending less on tri-goodies and more on maid services.

Haha I need to clean up. I had a test today in philosophy so I’ve been frantically using every moment to study yesterday. And got rewarded with the wheel in the mail!

I’ll put up pictures of the bike when its done!

You wouldn’t happen to be a philosophy major would you? I ask because I thought that I was one of the few people on this site whose emphasis was in the humanities (seem to be a lot of exercise science and science people around here).

Another science senior! Finished my major in Biology, which I will be receiving a B.A…

In terms of philosophy classes, I’ve taken Intro, The Meaning of Life, Ethics and right now Philosophical Foundations of Feminism.
