Just got off the phone with Andy at Hed Wheels. Had a couple of questions about an old Hed wheelset I had and a repair to the carbon fairing. He set me straight on financial + mechanical viability of the repair.
Also answered my question on bearing replacement for my tri spokes.
Really appreciate the customer ervice from the every time I have used them.

Hed has great customer service. Unfortunately I needed to use it more than I should have.
Thats good to hear. There was an earlier post regarding his broken HED one piece aero/hbar, what came out of it? I’m worried for mine, I live in the Philippines.Will HED carry out their “good” service?
I have only good things to say about HED service. I had a Hed Alps rear wheel crack at one of the openings in the carbon where the spokes come through. I e-mailed them and they responded incredibly promptly. After I described the problem to them they said it as ok to ride for the rest of the season and then to send it in.
I sent it in and it was back in one week with what appeared to be a brand new rim. No charge for shipping or repairs. I was astounded how good of care they took of me.
Not many companies that you can phone up and talk directly to the boss. AND - no other wheel makers that have the courage to actually put their aero test specs on the web site. Two thumbs up for these guys.
