Tempur mattress

Tempur mattress

any thoughts? good, bad, worst, best…

VERY good. I got mine in March as my Chiropractic recommended one to assist in the management of my spondylosis (?). I had one night od broken sleep before I had the best night sleep for decades. I haven’t had a moment’s regret at paying for it after my second night on it.

Yes, there are cheaper models out there but if you can get a 60 night trial to see if you are compatible I can’t see how you can lose.

I seem to recall quite a bit of postings around this topic around Christmas. Do a quick search and you should find some good stuff.

My wife and I got one about a month ago. I really like it and have been sleeping well (although that may be more the result of IM training than the mattress). My wife’s back had been bothering her before we got it and she has said that it hasn’t been the magic bullet she was hoping for. Either way, it’s a keeper.

I just have the 3" topper for my standard bed and I love it great to crawl into, but hell to get out of in the morning…soooo comfy!

I bought their pillow and HATED it.

My chiropractor recommended against it and he’s Swedish. While he does not have one himself, he highly recommended the Select Comfort “Sleep Number” mattress. The big plus here is that it is adjustable. If you find the Tempurpedic too stiff, there’s nothing you can do about it, and you’ll end up returning it anyways.

My wife and I ended up going with the Select comfort, and so far so good. We’re both very happy. We’ve found that we don’t play around with the adjustment once finding the one that we each like. (Each 1/2 is independently adjustable, so each of us can choose what we prefer.) Another potential plus with the adjustability is that you can change settings if you switch between sleeping on your back or side and then find a different setting works better.
