I have searched the forum and can’t seem to find this information. I’m looking to have T-shirts made for a 10-person relay team I’m on for a race this fall. Where should I look to find good technical T-shirts printed up? And race directors out there who can point me in the right direction?
So I need to find the shirts separately from the printer? Or are there companies out there who are turnkey?
I got a coolmax T for the Charleston Turkey day run last year. You might try and contact them. It’s put on by the Knights of Columbus. I forgot I got a free beer and breakfast too!
Check out these guys. I’ve been looking for a company that will print 3 shirts for a relay and have found that most require a 36 minimum order. This company has a 6 shirt minimum. Tech T’s are at the very bottom.

Your help is appreciated. Thanks!
I got some tech-T from Champion Systems as part of a jersy order. They have a 10 piece min, ful custom, no setup fees. Good to work with, i faxed the design on paper and they did the computer work
Yeah, I did it last year, too. It’s a lot of fun. I have no idea what my team name is. It seems like it takes forever. The last few stages through Glenwood Canyon are beautiful, too.
Last year, I had three really hard stages. There are some brutal downhill legs, so be careful if you end up with those. I had the stage down Vail Pass…7-8 miles downhill hurt A LOT!
I was supposed to do the relay from Ft. Collins to Steamboat, but I can’t because of Timberman. I’d love to do that one just so I could end up in Steamboat. Maybe another year.
I’m loosly associated with a middle-man company that customizes apparel. We/they have an account with Under Armour, so I’m all but sure I can hook you up with 6 customized UA Tech-Tee’s. PM me if interested.
Check out titanwear.com I had them make me some running hats and short-sleeve cool-max/dri-fit type t-shirts with custom logos on them for IMLP last year. Took about 2 weeks total, and Jason followed up with me and gave me great customer service!
At the time, he didn’t have any minimum order size, so I was able to order two hats at about $13 each, and 4 performance tees (don’t remember the price). I thought it was really affordable, and was very pleased with the final product. I’ll definitely go to him again in the future… just a satisfied customer.
Hi, Just wanted to let you know that if you need custom printed tech shirts shoot me an email at tai@taigraphx.com. I can do custom sublimated full color shirts, NO MINIMUM for you. Full color on white or light super nice microfiber fabric. I have short sleeve, long sleeve, polos, compression shirts, women’s, sleeveless, etc.
If you wanted a basic, super nice tech shirt (the shirt i wear around all the time…), soft wicking microfiber, XS-XXL I can do a front and back full color print for you at $16 each for 10 shirts. $15 each for 20+ and on down.
I can also source the blank shirts for you if you want, in the $10 +/- a few range depending on the shirt.
also, just in case most of the digital small run custom companies, pactimo, champion systems, etc offer custom subbed shirts as well. Generally $21 or so is the going rate for them from what I’ve seen.
If you want colored shirts that can be done as well via screen print.
