TDF TT What time?

Anyone know what time the last ten or so riders will be starting? I’m in OZ and I can only locate the start times for the first rider 10.43. I know they usually have a 2 minute gap, so expect it will be about 3.23 for the last rider to go (Contador). ( 141 x 2 minutes) does this sound right?
