Tax write off question for Collegiate Cycling Team

Hey all,

I am the road race director for Cal Poly Wheelmen. I have a question for a tax pro about write offs related to sponsors for our race? I’d prefer to keep this on a semi-personal lever. Is there someone on here who could answer a few quick questions for me?
