Taper for imcda

2 week taper schedule…how does this sound? Any advice?

6/12 sunday = 12 mile run - COMPLETED
6/13 mon = 2.25 open water or 4000yr steady swim
6/14 tues = 1 hour bike
6/15 wed = 3000-3500 pool - speed
6/16 thu = 1 hour run
6/17 fri = rest
6/18 sat = 30 mile bike

6/19 sun = 2.00 open water
6/20 mon = 40 min run
6/21 tues = 30 min bike
6/22 wed = 30 pool - technique
6/23 thur = travel/rest
6/24 fri = 10min swim / 12 mile bike / 20min run
6/25 sat = rest
6/26 sun = race
