TALL GUYS: Road Bike or Beginner Tri Bike

I have a 2004 Specialized Allez Comp in 62cm.

Here is Specialized’s page on it:

Like a Soloist, it can be set up for a decent tri position at about 76 degrees with a zero setback post and short aerobars. I am going to sell it without wheels, seatpost and saddle, so I can use them with my new tri bike.

It is a mix of stuff set up in 9-speed. I set it up for the trainer/winter. But never really got it out since i built it, so some of the stuff is still new:

Allez SLX Aluminum Frameset w/ carbon fork (really clean and in good shape).
Truvativ Roleur 180mm crank (compact 50/34)-GXP BB
105 front Der (new)
Ultegra Rear Der. (new)
Stem is a Ritchey WCS 17 degree (version is a few years old)
Chain is a Wipperman
105 cassette (12-25?) (new)
Ritchey Pro drop bars
Dura Ace STI shifters - not new, but nice shape
Profile Design F-19 Armrests w/ Oval single bend extensions
Brakes are an older version of 105 w/ new shoes.
Headset is an FSA that was OEM with the frameset.

No seatpost, saddle, or wheels.

How’s $650 shipped sound?

Looking for a friend…what would you say height range for fit on this bike would be?

I am 6’7". I am long legged and short torso. I have it set up with a 17 degree stem POINTING UP, and 2.5-3cm of spacers. I’d think a normal person over 6 feet should get this to work fine with some fiddling w/ stem and spacers. That’s a guess though. Also, bear in mind, this is a compact frame. There is no actual 62cm seat tube.

Is my price too high? Or are there just no tall guys looking for a bike right now?

Dont need the bike, but I’ll throw in a free bump.
I actually have an 05 allez comp in 62. I’m 6-5, built like an ape with a 6-10 wingspan, has a 130mm stem no spacers and the stem looks about parallel to the ground (cant think of what its set at cause im at work), a whole lotta seatpost sticking out, and it fits me just fine. Solid bike. if i wanted/needed a third/beater bike, i’d be all over it
