I am signing up for the full and my wife wants to do the 70.3 since they were supposed to be the same day this year. Ironman’s website is still showing TBD for the 2015 date for the 70.3… does anyone know if the full and half will be the same day again next year?
I don’t know, but I would expect it to be the same day. It’s an awful lot of permits, logistics, and so forth to do it any other day. There are only a few roads there, and to close them for the 70.3 the day before would really interfer with the prep work for the full.

Many of us have signed up for the 70.3 in 2015. It will be on the same day as the full, Sept. 20.
They were not supposed to open the 70.3 until the future to see if the full filled up. But with what happened this year, they made the call to do it now. They are just a little behind on their website.
