T100 World Tour 2026

Wilde is something else right now! Crazy to back up a WC with a T100 win within a week. Props to Old Yella for also backing up Nice. Gutted for Smith to get run down at the end, but a decent podium on his comeback!

That is sport. Great race today

nose breathing again for 20 second wilde …. was hoping for Kyle getting 2nd but geens deserved it with that last push.

Frejus Race Ranger data published and it cannot be called anything but appalling.

I’ve put them in ‘illegal time’ order and only included those ‘above average’. I guess when you’re ‘out of the race’ - out of the top 10 say - the Pearson effect kicks in (“who cares”).
Race results, for reference.

Race Pos’n Athlete Illegal Time (s) YoYos(s) Average yo-yo length
10 Wilhelm Hirsch 548 46 12
14 Jannik Schaufler 402 32 13
12 Youri Keulen 374 13 29
DNF Morgan Pearson 335 34 10
7 Gregor Payet 280 29 10
8 Menno Koolhaas 211 20 11
6 Samuel Dickinson 201 24 8
5 Lasse Nygaard Priester 196 21 9
Average 149

The good boys who rode close to (ie in company with) others as opposed to alone, were: Henry Räppo, Hayden Wilde, Jelle Geens, Jacob Birtwhistle, Rico Bogen and Kyle Smith.

If I was the PTO I’d bury this ‘news’ by publishing it while world tri focus was on Pontevedra. Notwithstanding, as another said elsewhere: “Kudos to t100 for still releasing the data as bad as it looks”.

Priester and Dickinson are 2 athletes that continually sit high and also have an effect on race outcome and podiums so should be scrutinized even more for fairness in the season outcome. Actually Pearson also even though this time he dnf. The others that are continually, ridiculously high just shouldn’t get an invite back, they are taking the piss

Priester only raced T100 SF so far where he had 11 seconds of draft time, so how does he continually sit high?

Thanks for keeping us up to date with this stuff and providing link to access easily.

Agree with everything said, save “Pearson effect”. Unless we know by data that he started drafting only once he knew he was gonna DNF, he should not get more of a “pass” on his drafting than the others based on speculation he rode clean until said point

. Maybe I misinterpreted what you meant by “Pearson effect”, though.

Yes - I was referring to (and articulated what meant) Pearson’s occasional comments on other athletes’ instas: “who cares” - nearly always ‘fair comment’ on something inconsequential.

Very fair comment on Dickinson - I have reviewed his illegal time position on last year’s T100s. Priester’s mention is off the mark (as said ^^). Think you might have him confused with Schauffler who was the outstanding exponent in San Francisco with more illegal time than the aggregate of 15 other athletes racing.

Maybe I was confusing with Schauffler.

Things aren’t looking too calm at the moment. Omani pilot stabbed another pilot in the cockpit (UAE national) on a Dubai - Tel Aviv flight. Restrained by passengers, who reportedly urged two other pilots flying as passengers to take control of the aircraft.

In the meantime, the aircraft plummeted from 34 000 ft to 17 000 ft in less than a minute, accelerating to 600 kt (700 mph, or 1100 km/h), so reaching 120% of the usual maximum cruising speed. This is not a flight you want to be on.

Reported state of the rudder after landing:

I don’t see how this is relevant to anything T100

Any world news of that magnitude within the ME at this point is relevant to T100 with the remaining *scheduled races.

Heck maybe even the UAE threatening to pull out of its investments in the UK might have consequences down the line. T100 is a UK-based operation after all.
