T1 Wetsuit, first impression and question

I was fortunate enough to get a long sleeve t1 wetsuit for my B’day. I have had two QR longjohn suits, I am very inflexible, and my swim is by far my achilles heel. IM swim time about 1:12-1:14. I was able to get the suit to the pool over the week-end for its initial test ride.

Very impressed with the suit and how well it is put together. For that much money it should be well constructed, but its nice to see that it is.

Pros:

(1) The suit comes off much easier then I anticipated. I watched the flash file on the t1 web site and read several posts here on st as well. It definitely helped.

(2) The Leg buoyancy compared with my previous suit is amazing, While swimming I feel my feet surfacing above the water without kicking.

(3) Swam with just the bib john on, and this is definitely a viable option for the suit.

Cons:

(1) Putting the suit on especially the top is a pain in the ass. Getting my head through the dam hole feels like a baby trying to exit through the birth canal (just kidding).

(2) For some reason my forearms got fairly tired swimming in the suit. Not sure if that is normal or typical for long sleeve suits. I was careful to ensure the top was on as instructed seam aligned with the inner elbow, thumb down as the suit went on, etc.

Can someone with more experience with long sleeve wetsuits tell me if this is usual?

Thanks to all of the previous posters on wetsuit reviews,

getting the top on - use lots of Bodyglide

learned this one last year - use a grocery store plastic bag, put it on your hand and slip it throught the sleeve. wouldn’t recommend that one for your head.
