If I were to switch out my 53T Dura Ace chainring for a 54T Aero Q-Ring, how many links (if any) would I be required to add to my current chain (Ultegra 10-speed)?
I’m not sure how to account for the elliptical chainring in the formulas.

It is just 1 tooth difference, so there should be no need to adjust your chain length.
