Swimming (5)

To put it simply, my swimming suck. I am recovering from a rotator cuff injury and have been gradually increasing my distance (currently at 1750m in around 38 minutes). I haven’t done any speed training yet as I am trying to increase my endurance first and foremost.

I live in Toronto, (Specifically on the west end of the city), and would appreciate to have a swim coach for a few sessions to straighten me out. Youtube does not help. I watch Andy Potts swim and I think I swim exactly like him (NOT)

Any Suggestions? Please and thanks
