I plan on doing an hour swim and a 2 hour bike on Friday morning. Is anyone interested? Also I’ll be out there in the morning to do an hour swim and an hour run.
Well if it was in the afternoon I could do it. I was at Spring Mill Pond today and the water temp was 70 deg F. Trout Lake was 66 on Saturday. Have a good time.

Where’s trout lake in the park?
What time?
To get to Trout Lake: Park at the first parking lot straight past the toll booths (maybe a 1/4 mile or so on the left side). Accross the street there is a trail that leads to the lake. Probably about a half mile walk.
The lake is about .4 miles accross, fairly shallow and a beach all the way around. Nice clean water with very few people around.

We plan on starting at around 10:00, I was just out there and the water was great!
I may try to take the day off work. Where exactly do you meet? Hopefully I won’t be an anchor.
We meet at springmill pond in the parking lot. Don’t worrie about your pace…the only fish that will be there are UNDER the water!!!
Is it on the south of 96 at kensington park?
Get off at the Kensington exit and head south, the park will on your left. I’ll be driving a black ram pick-up.
