Is it just me or does it look sloppy? Look at where the “blades” spokes meet the hub. Their is at least a 1/16th of an inch gap. Maybe more.

They increased the spoke count to avoid catastrophic wheel failure if a spoke breaks. Other than that, these wheels are flat carbon fiber spokes under tension, exactly like the Rev-X.
