Wow… did a sweat test today. 1 hour tempo 82 degrees with 58% humidity.
Started 156.4 and ended 152.6
Seems an awful lot. I guess I fall into the heavy sweater category yeah?
Ohh, and no, it was not raining. That’s just how humid it is here and the worst is yet to come.
