You remember the disappearance of Natalee Holloway in Aruba back in 2005? She was on some class trip with classmate Jordan Van der Sloot. He was the last person to see her alive and was the prime suspect for a long time, but not enough evidence and no body turned into a dead end for police and no criminal charges.
Fast forward to today, and now he is the prime suspect in the murder of a young woman at a hotel and casino in Peru. Woman was seen going into hotel room at 5 am with Van der Sloot and was discovered dead in the room a day or two later. The police and family of the girl say they have more than enough incriminating evidence and have essentially already proclaimed him the killer (at least the family has I know). How weird is this story? I know a lot of people were extremely pissed because they felt like the kid got away in Aruba in part due to his family’s wealth, and the fact that I believe his Dad is a prestigious judge.
I don’t think they even know where this kid is right now (Chile?), but they believe he is still somewhere in South America. I am assuming he will be caught pretty soon though because they have Interpol on his ass.
Well at least Nancy Grace has something new to talk about now, she’ll ride this for at least six months. God she is annoying!

Not sure what’s more amazing- that N. Grace still has a show despite being a bully that does nothing but shut others up so she can yell her speculation or the fact that Van Der Sloot confessed to the killing on video but the prosecutor claimed insufficient evidence. Either way, you’re right, she’ll be unstoppable for months.

Haha, for real. My dad showed me that movie when I was a little’n. Taught me to never cross an international border carrying something you’re not supposed to, and don’t get arrested in Turkey.
